Create a TripHow rankings work
- • Eligible trips: public trips created in the last 90 days. After 90 days a trip retires from the board to keep competition fresh and fair.
- • Ottimo Points are currently based on factors such as unique views and booking-link clicks your trip generates. This is an early version — as we add live booking partners, points will shift toward rewarding real-world bookings made by visitors.
- • Monthly prize: at the end of each calendar month, the trip at the top of the board wins. Because points accumulate over a rolling 90-day window, a great trip shared late in a month still has a fair shot the following month.
- • Ties are broken by total views, then by which trip was created first.
- • Rankings refresh roughly once an hour. We review the leaderboard before awarding any prize.
